Brad Stuhr wears two hats as the Business & Marketing Manager of Wexler Healthcare Properties. As Business Manager, he applies his keen expertise managing the daily operations, systems, procedures, and mechanics of the “back-end” of the business. Brad provides all of the financial analytics and leasing analysis for our clients. His accounting background enables him to provide in depth financial modeling, sale vs. lease analysis and other comparative studies as required. As Marketing Manager, Brad manages the Wexler Healthcare Properties brand and the marketing of all of our 50+ exclusive listings. He is responsible for overseeing the production of all reports and obtaining all of the necessary information to create tour books, guides, floor plans and other information on properties for consideration.

Before joining the Wexler Healthcare Properties, Brad was the Business Manager of one of the top residential real estate sales teams in Manhattan for nearly seven years. Prior to entering real estate, with more than 25 years of experience in finance and management, Brad spent ten years as the controller for the Prestige Dealer Group, a large multi-divisional luxury automobile retail sales organization in Bergen County, New Jersey. During his tenure there, the company experienced aggressive corporate growth and he was responsible for managing cash flow, financial reporting, data management, analytics, and strategic planning. Following his work as a controller, Brad ventured out on his own and quickly became a sought-after consultant, working for ten years to provide accounting, financial, and other related services for a variety of leading luxury companies, including the cosmetics brand Estée Lauder. Additionally during this time, he also expanded his skill set to include graphic design by creating specialty food product labels, advertising, and other marketing collateral for the Lemonaise® line and other products by The Ojai Cook® for four years.
